The load this puts on our servers causes problems for other users, so we cannot allow it. Title 11, Chapter 85 of the Delaware Code authorizes the State Bureau of Identification to release criminal history record information upon receipt of the subjects fingerprints and a fee established by the Superintendent of the Delaware State Police.
